White Paper: Overcoming barriers to water innovation in the United States of America

H2OTECH joined with EPA Water Technology Innovation Cluster leaders across the nation to jointly author this paper. The main recommendations are to support policies that 1) increase market-pull rather than technology-push for sustainable water innovation; and 2) generate national support for regional water clusters, such as H2OTECH, that bring stakeholders together to form the partnerships required for innovation and commercialization.
