Gary Keller is CEO of Xomix, a Chicago-based technology accelerator and consultancy providing intellectual asset management, commercialization, and global businesses development services. Keller has more than 25 years of experience in international business development for leading biotechnology companies and is responsible for the development, funding and launch of numerous technology and commercialization initiatives and startup companies. He is Vice President and Managing Director of the Midwest University Research Network (MRUN), a not-for-profit commercialization collaborative of research, accelerators and early stage inventors across 14 Midwest states and 2 Canadian provinces. He is the author for the development of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Guide to Commercialization of Intellectual Property and workshops.

Dan Deocampo, PhD | President



Dr. Deocampo has over 20 years of experience conducting and managing fundamental geological research projects and applied geological consulting projects around the world. He has published over 30 peer-reviewed scientific publications and has attracted funding support from the U.S. National Science Foundation, the U.S. Geological Survey, the Petroleum Research Fund, and the Departments of Transportation in both California and Georgia. He collaborates with environmental and public health scientists, anthropologists, biologists, chemists, geographers, and others to conduct research on both basic and applied research topics. Dr. Deocampo is an expert in the mineralogy and geochemistry of near surface environments, including soils, sediments, and aquatic systems, and is a Fellow of the Geological Society of America.

Sam Williams, Founding Member| Advisor


 Mr. Williams led metro Atlanta’s high-profile business community for 17 years as President of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, after leading the downtown Atlanta business community as president of Central Atlanta Progress. He was a partner with Portman Properties, a global architect-development company, and the first staff member for Research Atlanta. Williams has earned a national reputation for harnessing the power of business leaders to make cities thrive. He has penned a new book, The CEO as Urban Statesman (Mercer University Press, 2014), in which he uses case studies to argue that business leaders can and should contribute to their communities by using their business skills to solve public policy problems. Williams is Professor of Practice at Georgia State University's Andrew Young School of Policy Studies, and he holds degrees from the Harvard Business School and Georgia Institute of Technology  

Clarisse Croteau-Chonka, PhD | Administrative Director



Dr. Croteau-Chonka has been an associate of Xomix Ltd since 2003 and served in roles related to workforce development and education, technology-led economic development, project management, and grant funding. She is known for her work with business, education and nonprofit organizations in the design and development of new initiatives and in implementing technological innovation into program and development planning. Dr. Croteau-Chonka's special areas of expertise are in biological technologies, high-tech manufacturing, information and communication technology, and transportation infrastructure. 

Ronit Erlitzki



Ronit Erlitzki is Director of Business Development with AdEdge Water Technologies, LLC. With more than 20 years of experience in biochemistry research and business development Ronit’s main interest is water and wastewater treatment, and her goal is to accelerate the implementation of innovative clean technologies, focusing on improvement of sustainable solutions to environmental challenges. Recently Ronit has been successfully involved in the commercialization of several technologies in the field biological water treatment and high recovery RO.

Rush Khan, PhD



Dr Rush Khan is the President of We Thrive, LLC and has over 30 years of experience research, innovation, intellectual property and entrepreneurship. Dr. Khan is responsible for commercializing the first technologies for of Aramco and developing the corporate general instructions, and procedures for one of the world’s largest oil company enabling processing over 1000 patent applications. Khan launched the Global Open Innovation Contest on ‘Seawater Desalination using Renewable Energy” with General Electric (GE). 

Joel Rosenfield, BA, MBA | Chair of Industry Relations



Mr. Rosenfield is an industry leader in Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental Management. He recently retired from the Coca-Cola Company where he served for 35 years, including as Sustainability Environmental, Safety, and Loss Prevention Manager. He has also served as Director and Chair of the Environmental, health, and Safety Committee of the International Society of Beverage Technologists; he is affiliated with the American Chemical Society, the Water Environment Federation, and the American Water Works Association. He sits on the Editorial Review Committee for Standard Methods for the Chemical Analysis of Water and Wastewater. He is currently President and CEO of WaterGuru Associates, LLC.

Jocelyn Gadson, PMP, MBA| Executive Director



Jocelyn is an international speaker, trainer, mentor, and coach in the areas of career & life management, water

quality, waste water treatment, water reuse, food safety, and quality management.  She has delivered workshops and training sessions around the world, including China, Mexico, India, Kenya, as well as throughout the United States. Her research and work has been recognized internationally and has won global awards and featured as case studies in various scientific publications.

. She has over 15 years of engineering, operations, processing, and quality systems experience. For the last several years, Jocelyn has worked closely with water experts globally, including academics and industries in the area of water resource management and promoting water reuse applications for food and beverage industry.
